Overview
The Senior Specialist in Talent Programs is instrumental in supporting the execution, enhancement, and evolution of the PlayPath Development Program, aimed at cultivating early-career engineering talent. This role involves close collaboration with program leadership, HR teams, business units, and participants to ensure smooth delivery, gather insights, and continually improve the program experience.
Key Duties
- Organize and manage program logistics including schedules, rotations, meetings, communication, and materials.
- Maintain precise records such as trackers, participant files, and program documentation.
- Engage with business partners and participants to ensure milestones and placements progress effectively.
- Facilitate participant onboarding, mentoring, engagement activities, and address daily inquiries.
- Monitor participation rates, completion status, collect feedback, and identify common challenges throughout the participant journey.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance participant experience and program results.
- Contribute to development of program content, evaluation tools, templates, and participant resources.
- Prepare comprehensive updates, data reports, and evaluation summaries for management review.
- Utilize feedback and data to propose practical improvements to the program.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, learning teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders for smooth program governance.
- Assist in implementing governance protocols, approvals, documentation, and reporting obligations.
- Raise awareness of potential risks, delays, or decision points to program leadership.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable tasks, distribute responsibilities, and monitor progress for KPI fulfillment.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins, offer coaching, deliver feedback, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Promote team engagement and skill development through effective communication, recognition, onboarding support, and hands-on training opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience with significant exposure to program management or delivering career development programs.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent accredited qualification.
- Solid understanding of engineering and development team environments, including talent growth and capability building for early-career engineers, is highly valued.
- Demonstrated background in supporting structured learning or talent development initiatives involving rotations, assessments, development planning, mentoring, and progress monitoring.
