Work Arrangement
This position is located at our Dublin office with a hybrid work model combining remote and on-site presence based on team needs.
Role Summary
The Senior Sales Performance Consultant is an influential role that partners closely with senior sales leadership and collaborates with Sales Operations and Global Sales Enablement teams to execute transformative initiatives enhancing sales behaviors and outcomes. This person acts as a strategic advisor, diagnosing gaps in sales strategy, processes, skills, and technology through rigorous data analysis and implements targeted enablement plans to improve sales efficiency and success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a trusted advisor to Senior Director-level sales leaders to identify and resolve business challenges.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify deficiencies in knowledge, skills, technology usage, and operational processes.
- Develop and implement enablement strategies that drive measurable behavioral change and improve business performance.
- Partner with Sales Operations to track the impact and return on investment of enablement initiatives.
- Influence sales management to enforce accountability on operational metrics and integrate continuous feedback into reinforcement efforts.
- Engage and align multiple senior stakeholders and build executive sponsorship coalitions.
- Leverage enablement technologies such as GONG and AI-based tools to identify skill gaps, capture successes, and reinforce learning.
- Lead change management efforts to secure alignment and sponsorship across functions, ensuring sustainable behavior modification.
Required Qualifications
- At least seven years of experience spanning sales, sales enablement, change management, or consulting domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in roles with customer interaction or direct sales quotas.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and influence senior executives without direct authority.
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed, fast-moving environments and executing large-scale change initiatives.
- Expertise in behavior and technology change management methodologies.
- Capability to perform in-depth data analysis generating actionable sales insights.
- Understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design, with a history of crafting innovative, outcome-driven learning programs.
- Strong program and project management skills, adept at end-to-end leadership of enablement initiatives.
- Resilient problem-solving aptitude who thrives in ambiguous situations.
- Competence in dissecting complex challenges to identify root causes aligned with business priorities.
- Confident public speaking and facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency in machine learning and AI tools including Sales Conversational Intelligence platforms, Learning Management Systems, AI-driven Sales Enablement software, project management applications, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
