Overview
Taktile is a pioneering company dedicated to empowering financial institutions to evolve into AI-native organizations. Rapidly expanding with major clients in the banking and insurance sectors, we seek a skilled Senior Recruiter to become the face of our talent acquisition efforts, primarily focused on sourcing and securing outstanding candidates to fuel our growth and operational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers from role definition through offer negotiation, ensuring speed and quality in hiring.
- Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered tools, and creative outreach to connect with both active and passive candidates.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring teams by helping refine job requirements, challenging assumptions, and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and upholding the company's values throughout a fast-paced process.
- Use data analytics to monitor recruitment pipelines, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies aligned with headcount goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in hiring practices by enhancing assessment frameworks and introducing innovative interviewing techniques.
- Support employer branding initiatives through events, content creation, and community engagement to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with People Operations to facilitate smooth onboarding, relocation, and visa processes post-offer.
Required Qualifications
- Over five years of hands-on experience in proactive talent acquisition, preferably in dynamic, high-growth startup environments.
- Extensive experience recruiting for GTM roles such as Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Marketing specialists.
- Strong partnership skills with leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Active utilization of AI-driven recruiting tools for sourcing, personalization, candidate research, and pipeline management.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Google Suite to streamline recruitment processes.
- Competence in sourcing across multiple seniority levels from entry-level to senior professionals.
- Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ skills, culture fit, and potential.
- Experience managing both high-volume recruitment and targeted searches for niche roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness, using data to optimize strategies.
Preferred but Not Essential
- Background in B2B SaaS recruitment.
- Knowledge of Ashby ATS system.
