The Unified Risk & Quality Platform (URQP) product team delivers enterprise capabilities that support Risk Adjustment, Quality, Affordability, Performance Management, and operations linked to Value-Based Care. We emphasize collaboration, working closely with stakeholders from Business, Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Operations, and Clinical teams to build scalable platform solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and drive enterprise transformation.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager within the URQP product group, you will be accountable for supporting platform delivery across several workstreams and engineering teams. Your responsibilities include breaking down strategic product goals into actionable requirements, maintaining detailed roadmaps, and managing delivery schedules. You will collaborate intensively with Engineering teams on backlog management, setting priorities, and clarifying specifications to achieve successful platform feature releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives through all lifecycle stages, from concept and definition to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with Engineering to define requirements, prioritize tasks, and maintain product backlogs.
- Transform business goals into user stories and acceptance criteria ready for development.
- Make informed prioritization decisions balancing different stakeholder demands and technical limitations.
- Coordinate roadmap planning, release schedules, and manage dependencies among multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Partner with leadership across Product, Architecture, Data, Clinical, and Operations to align business objectives with delivery execution.
- Track feature adoption, evaluate platform performance, assess operational results, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Regularly report product status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Identify and implement enhancements in workflows, automation, analytics, and user experience across URQP functionalities.
Candidate Profile

- Academic qualification in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related area.
- Proven experience managing complex software, platform, or healthcare technology products.
- Strong background working within Agile software development settings.
- Expertise in backlog management, requirements documentation, and coordinating product delivery.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
- Strong analytical skills along with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Capability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using data, customer insight, and business knowledge to guide decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant product management certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe POPM.
- Experience mentoring Product Owners or junior Product Managers.
- Background in healthcare technology, including Risk Adjustment, Quality measures, Value-Based Care, or healthcare analytics.
- Experience working with cloud-based, data-heavy, or workflow-focused platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered products and advanced analytics tools.
