Senior PMO Manager

About the role

Mace is combining its construction know-how with consulting capability to help unlock potential in people and projects. This opportunity sits on a major digital infrastructure programme in the region, delivered with a leading data centre developer. The work involves intricate design coordination, rapid delivery cycles, and strict governance requirements for a mission-critical environment, supported by global best practice in programme, project, and commercial management.

Key responsibilities

• Direct PMO and project controls activity across the commissions assigned to you.
• Advise on cost control, programme scheduling, risk handling, and change management.
• Develop trusted client partnerships and oversee reporting on performance.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with the Mace control centre, while coaching teams and encouraging sustainable practices.
• Help drive the transition toward net zero carbon by identifying and managing carbon emissions and reduction actions throughout delivery.

Requirements

• A relevant degree, with chartership progress underway.
• Demonstrated experience delivering PMO and project controls work.
• Good working knowledge of relevant tools, methods, and industry practices.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Prior work experience in the United Arab Emirates is required for client approval.
