Job Overview

The role of PCU Analyst/Associate in Dental Provider Operations is based in Noida and is a full-time position. The individual will be responsible for accurate management and updating of dental provider records to ensure seamless claims processing. The job demands validation of provider data, resolving inconsistencies, and maintaining comprehensive records in multiple systems, all while adhering to stringent quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update dental provider information within internal systems to keep records current.
• Confirm and validate provider details to facilitate accurate claim processing.
• Investigate and address discrepancies by utilizing various applications and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy, maintain quality controls, and follow compliance protocols.
• Liaise with internal departments for effective support of claims-related procedures.
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality benchmarks, and turnaround time objectives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication abilities combined with solid analytical skills.
• Proficient data entry with at least 30 words per minute typing speed and 90% accuracy preferred.
• Adeptness at navigating multiple systems and screens efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic understanding of the US Insurance or Healthcare sector is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts within a 5-day office attendance schedule.

Compensation
