Senior Operation Planning Analyst

Overview

HighSpring India LLP seeks an experienced Senior Operation Planning Analyst to support Retail, Distribution, and Supply Chain teams by delivering expert technical guidance, operational planning, and engineering-driven solutions. This position involves developing insightful recommendations, planning models, and project outputs that aid strategic decision-making through Supply Chain Technology, especially using Blue Yonder solutions.

Key Duties

• Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to enhance planning and optimize processes.
• Extract and manipulate data from diverse databases to generate meaningful reports.
• Create and update forecasts for product flow in both short- and long-term horizons to facilitate planning.
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics and continuously refine forecasting methods.
• Support inventory management and improve order fulfillment through precise planning.
• Design execution roadmaps to ensure smooth product movement across Distribution Centers.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to enable informed supply chain decisions.
• Manage tasks and deadlines effectively within projects.
• Evaluate business workflows and propose operational enhancements using industrial engineering principles.

Expertise with Blue Yonder

• Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning modules including Demand Forecasting, Fulfillment, Order Optimization, and Inventory Optimization.
• Possession of Blue Yonder certification is advantageous.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain solid relationships with internal teams to understand and fulfill planning needs.
• Convey complex technical and business information clearly to stakeholders.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely, quality deliverables.
• Assist in resolving challenges and offer technical advice as needed.
• Foster teamwork across Supply Chain, Distribution, Retail, and Business units.

• Expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Operations Planning, Demand Forecasting, and Inventory Optimization.
• Strong capabilities in Product Flow Planning, Order Fulfillment, Distribution Planning, and Forecast Accuracy improvement.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in industrial engineering concepts and supply chain analytics.
• Excellent communication and effective stakeholder management.
• Technical proficiency in Blue Yonder modules, SQL/database querying, advanced Excel usage, and data reporting.
