Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Manager to join a leading global company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves spearheading IT operations across numerous sites, advancing cybersecurity measures, and championing digital workplace enhancements to support rapidly expanding business objectives.
Key Duties
- Direct comprehensive IT operations spanning multiple offices and business locations.
- Oversee management of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking infrastructure, servers, and contemporary workplace technologies.
- Guarantee optimal availability, performance, and security of mission-critical systems.
- Lead initiatives focused on cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Manage IT infrastructure setup for new office rollouts, business launches, and corporate events.
- Handle budgeting for IT, procurement processes, software licensing, and relationships with external vendors.
- Deliver executive-level technology support, ensuring collaboration tools and meeting room technologies operate without disruption.
- Mentor and develop a competent IT team while promoting a culture focused on service excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years progressive IT experience with at least 4 years in IT management roles.
- Demonstrated ability managing IT operations across multiple sites.
- Strong command over Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, firewall technologies, VPNs, and endpoint security systems.
- Experience in vendor management, IT budgeting, and managing outsourced IT service providers.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's cybersecurity and data protection laws is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic considered a plus.
Preferred Additional Experience
- Certifications including ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Azure, CISSP, CISM, or Cisco qualifications.
- Exposure to real estate, construction sectors, or other dynamic multinational environments.
- Experience with ERP, CRM systems, AI technologies, and digital transformation projects.
