Join a premier global technology firm in Dublin as a Senior Internal Communications Associate. This pivotal role entails collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop communications that inform, engage, and unify a broad, varied employee base.

Key Responsibilities

• Devise and implement strategic campaigns for internal communications.
• Collaborate with senior executives to craft messaging, narratives, and communication materials.
• Produce compelling content such as talking points, presentations, videos, and digital media.
• Oversee communications for town halls, executive visits, and essential employee events.
• Support initiatives related to change communication and employee engagement.
• Offer guidance and coaching to leaders on effective communication strategies.
• Contribute to enhancing the organizational culture and employee engagement at a large Dublin campus.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities involving delicate communications.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years of communications experience within dynamic corporate, technology, media, agency, or non-profit settings.
• Demonstrated expertise in internal, employee, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing capabilities.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and managing executive communications.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influencing others.
• Proven background in employee engagement, event management, and change communications.

Additional Information

• Location: Dublin
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with three days onsite and two days remote per week
• Salary Range: €95,000 to €108,000 annually
