Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Software Engineer specializing in Typescript for a full-time remote position. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications to fulfill both business and technical objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and deploy high-quality software using Typescript and associated technologies.
- Work in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to specify project requirements and produce functional products.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Identify, diagnose, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and participate in architectural discussions for scalable system designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of practical experience programming in Typescript.
- Deep knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Backend development experience, preferably with Node.js or equivalent runtime environments.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proficiency with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha, and familiarity with CI/CD pipeline processes.
- Experience with state management libraries including Redux or Context API.
- Competence in using version control tools, especially Git, and standard collaborative workflows.
- Skill in writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to assure software quality.
