Role and Responsibilities

• Gather, arrange, and maintain extensive datasets from diverse sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Establish and enforce data quality protocols to uphold consistency.
• Utilize SQL, advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables to analyze operations data effectively.
• Produce both routine and on-demand reports emphasizing key performance indicators, emerging patterns, and actionable insights.
• Design and develop dynamic, interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel tailored to different departments' needs.
• Regularly update dashboards to provide the latest data perspectives.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to refine data collection and reporting workflows.
• Detect inefficiencies in current processes and suggest improvements.
• Deploy automation tools to heighten efficiency and accuracy in data management and report generation.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years’ professional experience as an analyst.
• Strong command of data analysis tools including advanced Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Fundamental knowledge of data platforms and ETL methodologies.
• Skilled in interpreting complex datasets with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation software.
