Role Overview

The Senior Analyst - Materials/Planning is tasked with creating comprehensive supply plans for post-factory hardware inventory, optimizing the flow within global secondary distribution centers by balancing demand forecasts, material availability, and network capacity. This position involves managing ERP system parameters, handling shipment releases and customer allocations, and generating net requirement plans aligned with factory and supplier forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a replenishment strategy for finished goods SKUs across the global distribution network.
• Manage on-time delivery, finished goods inventory turnover, and cost performance for assigned SKU portfolios on an end-to-end basis.
• Align replenishment strategies with ERP system parameters to accurately signal net requirements to factories and suppliers.
• Collaborate with diverse global cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and foster innovation via the Danaher Business System.
• Oversee a broad customer base ensuring contract compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 or more years of planning and procurement experience, or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years working in finished goods or network capacity planning within an MRP/MPS environment.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with global stakeholders at varying organizational levels.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), officially referred to as Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) at Danaher.
• Experience using Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud platforms.
• Background in finished goods planning for medical device or biotechnology products.
• Awareness or leadership in Danaher Materials System (DMS) fundamentals.

Additional Information

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
• The position can be performed remotely or onsite depending on location.
• The annual salary range is USD 83,000 to 125,000, with eligibility for bonus and incentive compensation.
