Job Overview
The Security Technician I is responsible for the installation, modification, repair, and upgrading of monitored alarm systems and video services equipment. This role involves assessing customer requirements, conducting diagnostic tests on complex systems to detect and troubleshoot faults, and implementing permanent solutions. The technician installs systems tailored to client needs and regularly tests telecommunications equipment to verify that all components operate efficiently.
