What the role involves
The Security Officer helps create and maintain a safe, controlled environment for clients by watching over premises, patrolling assigned areas, and supporting order at the site. The role also includes enforcing client rules and directions related to employees, visitors, and the property. In many cases, the officer will also serve as a helpful point of contact for clients’ staff and customers.
Experience and training
No prior security experience is needed. Applicants with backgrounds in retail, food service, or hospitality are especially well suited, and those without this experience will still be considered. Training is provided to help build the skills needed to start a career in security.
