Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to ensure the safety of our premises, personnel, visitors, and assets. This role involves monitoring access points, conducting patrols, utilizing surveillance systems, and responding to any security incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard the company premises, employees, visitors, and property from potential threats.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of staff and visitors by verifying identification and visitor records.
• Inspect ID cards, visitor logs, and incoming deliveries thoroughly.
• Perform routine security patrols to maintain a safe environment.
• Oversee CCTV camera feeds to detect irregular activities.
• Promptly report any suspicious behavior, theft, property damage, or emergency situations to the designated supervisor.
• Keep detailed records in security logs and incident reports.
• Adhere strictly to the company's security and safety protocols.
• Provide assistance during emergencies such as fires, medical situations, or unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements

• Good physical health and alertness at all times.
• Effective communication abilities coupled with keen observation skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts when necessary.
• Prior experience in security roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Documentation Required for Interview

• Updated Resume or CV.
• Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
• Two to four recent passport-sized photographs.
• Educational qualification certificates.
• Previous employment or experience certificates, if available.
• Proof of address.
• Bank account details or a cancelled cheque, if requested post selection.
• Bring both original documents and their photocopies for verification purposes.
