Scrum Master - Insurance Sector Transformation Program

About the Role

Join a prominent organization within the insurance sector undergoing one of its largest transformation initiatives. This extensive global program aims to simplify systems and processes across multiple countries, unify teams on common platforms, and enhance data accessibility throughout the enterprise. After two years in progress, the program has a substantial roadmap ahead, offering significant contract extension possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery processes as part of a large-scale global transformation program.
• Operate within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
• Collaborate closely with digital platform and technology teams.
• Engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including Portfolio Directors.
• Coordinate work between onshore and offshore teams involved in the program.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise settings.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAFe or Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Possession of a valid Scrum Master certification (mandatory).
• Experience with Program Increment (PI) Planning (mandatory).
• Background in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience collaborating with digital platforms, applications, or technology teams.

Contract Details and Benefits

• 12-month contract with high probability of extension.
• Competitive remuneration up to 1100 AUD per day, inclusive of superannuation.
• Work location in North Sydney with a hybrid schedule requiring office presence on Mondays and Thursdays.
