Overview

The Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN) under A*STAR is inviting applications for a post-doctoral scientist position in Dr. Winau's laboratory. The successful candidate will support research focused on antigen presentation, cancer immunology, autoimmune diseases, and lipid immunology in a stimulating and cooperative research environment. Competitive remuneration and resources will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance research projects in immunology, especially involving antigen presentation and cancer-related immune responses.
• Engage in studies related to autoimmunity and lipid immunology.
• Participate in grant proposal preparation and contribute to mentoring junior research personnel and students.

Candidate Requirements

• A PhD and/or MD degree in Life Sciences or Biomedical Sciences is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in cell biology, molecular biology, and biochemistry laboratory techniques.
• Experience working with in vivo experimental models is preferred.
• Exemplary work ethics paired with strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside organizational aptitude.
• Capacity to perform independently while effectively collaborating within a dynamic team setting.
