Role Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator will join the Security Officers & Patrols team based at the Torrensville Head Office. This role demands agility, organization, and the ability to manage evolving priorities in a dynamic setting. The coordinator ensures efficient scheduling of security personnel, addressing client needs, and seamless operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and maintaining rosters for security officers.
- Handling urgent scheduling adjustments due to leave, illness, or client requests.
- Liaising with field staff regarding roster changes.
- Processing staff timesheets accurately.
- Managing databases and keeping operational records up to date.
- Compiling client reports and operational documents.
- Supporting internal communication and administrative tasks.
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration as needed.
- Delivering exceptional service to clients and team members.
- Contributing to ongoing improvement efforts within the department.
- Reviewing and approving invoices from subcontractors.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination.
- Proven administrative expertise.

- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with rostering or workforce management software (experience with Deputy is preferable).
- Background in security, trades, construction, or service sectors is considered advantageous.
