Role Overview
This position entails working across various residential construction sites to install and maintain height safety and scaffolding systems. We welcome applicants with different experience levels, aligning responsibilities based on your qualifications, tickets, and background.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport, install, and dismantle scaffolding and height safety equipment.
- Safely load and unload trucks along with handling equipment.
- Submit necessary documentation, including reports, work method statements, and truck maintenance logs.
- Collaborate within a crew to fulfill daily site targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment at all times.
Candidate Profile
Mandatory Requirements:
- Possession of a Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Strong work ethic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Experience with scaffolding or height safety system installation.
- Valid Scaffold Basic ticket.
- Current and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Medium or Heavy Rigid (MR/HR) driver’s license.
- Willingness and capability to assume increased responsibilities as skills develop.
