Role Overview
This opportunity is for a full-time, on-site Scaffolder position located in Riyadh. Responsibilities include assembling, altering, and dismantling scaffolding to facilitate construction, maintenance, and repair tasks following project criteria and safety standards. Daily duties require interpreting drawings, choosing suitable materials, inspecting existing scaffolds, ensuring platforms, guardrails, and access routes are secure. The role involves working at heights and within confined spaces, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, and sustaining a tidy and safe workspace. The Scaffolder must conduct pre-use scaffold inspections, report potential hazards or issues, and comply with company and legal fall protection and access equipment protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficient scaffolding skills covering erection, modification, and dismantling compliant with recognized standards.
- Experience working at elevation using proper fall arrest systems and procedures.
- Capability to operate safely in confined spaces by following strict entry, monitoring, and emergency measures.
- Possession of certifications such as CSCS or equivalent scaffolding and safety qualifications.
- Additional strengths: familiarity with local safety regulations, good physical condition, ability to read basic technical drawings, effective communication abilities, and prior exposure to construction or industrial site environments.
