Role Overview

The SAP SD Manager will lead and support the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and handling customer returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP SD modules within both ECC and S4HANA platforms.
• Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective functional solutions.
• Manage integration interfaces with related modules such as Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Logistics Execution (LE).

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Practical experience with SAP ECC and SAP S4HANA implementations or support activities.
• Proficient in configuration of order types, pricing procedures, deliveries, billing processes, and credit management functions.
• Solid understanding of cross-module integrations, specifically with MM, FI, and LE.
• Experienced in developing functional specifications and collaborating closely with technical teams.
• Strong communication abilities and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
• Possessing SAP SD or S4HANA certification will be regarded as an advantage.
