Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior clients to implement nCino best practices and optimize platform utilization.
• Lead and facilitate client workshops to design customized nCino solutions.
• Analyze business needs and convert them into user stories and functional design documents, utilizing nCino's built-in capabilities.
• Create functional and process design solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Demonstrate solution prototypes and playbacks to stakeholders for feedback.
• Perform or oversee configuration, build, and testing of nCino implementations.
• Work closely with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge sharing and continuous practice improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Deep knowledge of functional solution design and business process modeling.
• Background in consulting, business analysis, or functional delivery roles involving client interaction.
• Ability to transform business requirements into clear and actionable functional solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience covering the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Preference for candidates with banking or financial services industry experience.
• Salesforce and/or nCino certifications are desirable.
