Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM tools, delivering advice, workarounds, fixes, and restoring applications and systems in accordance with service level agreements and procedures.
• Initiate and escalate cases and service requests as needed through the processes defined by product or software providers.
• Comply with security policies by managing access and security functions strictly within the scoped applications.
• Support users in identifying and correcting data inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
• Coordinate activities between on-site and offshore teams, identifying risks and ensuring successful deployment and support of applications.
• Maintain governance standards, adhere to SLAs, and facilitate smooth transitions to steady-state operations.
• Utilize and contribute to knowledge management assets including known error databases, standard operating procedures, and documentation.
• Provide timely updates in ITSM tools and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate vendor patches, bug fixes, and vulnerabilities, preparing vulnerability reports.
• Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot and reverse changes if necessary following rollback plans developed with change owners.
• Generate comprehensive reports on incidents, problems, changes, performance metrics, trends, risks, and mitigation strategies.
