Key Responsibilities

• Engage fully in all scheduled training sessions and experiential learning opportunities related to on-the-job sales operations.
• Gain thorough knowledge of the company’s product range, services, and sales methodologies.
• Assist the sales department by handling daily operational duties.
• Support customer engagement post-sale and aid in managing client relationships.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation including quotations and reports.
• Keep customer data updated and accurate using CRM platforms.
• Participate in client meetings and field visits as required.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance business processes.
• Complete designated assignments with professionalism, responsibility, and eagerness to learn.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates holding High School diplomas, Diplomas, or Bachelor's degrees in fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, Agricultural, Industrial, Technical, Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• A keen interest and enthusiasm for sales, customer interaction, and business growth.
• Competency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Availability to join immediately or shortly after notification.
• Commitment to remain engaged full-time during the entire training program duration.
