Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at smiles.Ai dental care in Bangalore's HSR Layout. This full-time office position requires availability to work six days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays due to increased customer engagement on these days. Weekly offs are provided from Monday to Friday. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Utilize the provided customer database to generate revenue and expand client base.
• Engage in inside sales, B2C sales, domestic calling, outbound and cold calling, and manage client relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation and relay customer inquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve set goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Employ patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to connect effectively with customers.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Experience level from fresher to 2 years in sales and marketing roles.
• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory; proficiency in English and Hindi is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt swiftly to market dynamics and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Candidates must be immediately available or have a notice period not exceeding 30 days.

Additional Information

• Working schedule: 6 days per week with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) mandatory.
• Weekly off available Monday through Friday.
• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Compensation ranges between 18,000 to 20,000 INR monthly.
