Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a key member of the sales operations team, you will collaborate directly with the Sales Strategy group to manage the annual planning process. This includes tasks such as capacity modelling, territory allocation, and quota determination. Your role will involve creating and updating complex data models using Google Sheets to support important strategic decisions. Additionally, you will convert raw data into clear, insightful analytics and provide continuous analytical assistance for monitoring pipeline status and overall sales performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
- Expert-level skills in Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, capable of managing and interpreting large volumes of data to generate actionable insights.
- A cooperative and partnership-driven mindset, with the capability to work autonomously in a high-pressure environment and adhere to strict planning schedules.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and data visualization software like Tableau or Looker is considered advantageous.
Additional Information
This position is based in Bengaluru, India. Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree. The role is onsite and requires collaboration with various stakeholders within the sales and strategy teams.
