Team Overview

The Sales Development team acts as a foundation for future top salespeople and leaders within the organisation. Its primary function is to identify and develop new qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. Members of this team immerse themselves in understanding client business operations, leadership structures, pain points, and challenges to tailor Outreach's solutions effectively. Being product experts who use Outreach daily provides them with a distinct competitive edge.

Role Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Shoreditch, London, you will be at the forefront of the company’s revenue efforts by identifying interested buyers and key decision-makers, articulating Outreach’s value, and generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives. The role includes utilising AI-driven tools to enhance research, personalise outreach effectively, and prioritise opportunities, allowing more focus on building relationships and adapting sales pitches dynamically. The position follows a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound engagement with senior EMEA decision-makers using multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, events), making more than 45 calls daily.
  • Leverage Outreach AI Agents for customer research, account mapping, and sales sequencing.
  • Lead qualification conversations to understand business needs and timing to create well-fitted sales leads for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams in refining outreach messaging, market insight sharing, and managing pipeline transitions.
  • Maintain accurate and clean records in Salesforce CRM to monitor engagement and pipeline metrics.
  • Stay informed about global market trends, competition, and industry shifts relevant to customer buying behaviors.
