Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) serves as the primary contact for prospective clients, playing a crucial role in shaping initial impressions and laying the groundwork for strong client relations. The SDR team values driven, positive, and resilient professionals who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and aspire to grow their sales careers. This role is based in Frankfurt, Germany, focusing on expanding Arctic Wolf’s reach within the DACH region. Candidates must be fluent in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through calls, social media, and digital channels.
- Manage and convert inbound leads into potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent outbound activity to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with senior sales personnel to increase revenue within the designated territory.
- Represent the company at various events and trade shows.
- Develop and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and internal teams.
- Use a consultative sales approach to foster value-oriented discussions.
- Regularly meet or surpass sales targets.
- Contribute insights and share best practices with team members.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Preferably 1–2 years of professional experience post-university, ideally in sales-related roles such as business development or lead generation.
- Fluency in German and English is essential.
- A strong desire to build a sustained career in sales with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to adapt swiftly within a dynamic, fast-moving workplace.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, and social platforms.
- Well-organized, creative, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
- Proactive, curious, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Good business understanding coupled with technical aptitude.
- Experience using CRM software and proficient in leveraging social media and research methods for lead identification and qualification.

Salary Information
The base annual salary for this role ranges from €28,500 to €46,300, depending on skills, experience, and location. Additional compensation includes variable incentives, equity grants, and a full benefits package.
