About the Role
Zapium is seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team, catering to both the India and USA regions. Our CMMS/CAFM platform empowers companies to optimize management of their facilities and assets more efficiently. We are looking for motivated individuals who excel at generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will actively engage in outbound sales activities, making between 80 to 120 cold calls daily. They must be proficient in conducting consultative discussions with Facility and Operations leaders to convert cold prospects into confirmed product demonstrations. Additionally, there is an opportunity to assist in the development and training of new SDR team members.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal applicant should possess 2 to 5 years of B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative experience within their respective market and should have a strong passion for cold calling and sales prospecting.
Additional Information
For those working on the US territory, the shift timing will be from 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
