Role Summary

This position is for a Sales Development Representative who will primarily connect with Irish business owners remotely, making approximately 100 calls per day to generate qualified appointments. These appointments are then handed off to sales closers as you learn and develop your sales skills. Every call counts and brings you closer to progressing in your sales career.

Career Progression

The SDR position serves as a stepping stone to becoming an Account Executive. Successfully filling your calendar with qualified meetings can lead to an advancement where you will close your own deals, earning both upfront commissions and recurring revenue from accounts you manage. High-performing Account Executives have the potential to earn between €100,000 and €300,000 within three years, depending on their effort and success.

Compensation Structure

The role offers commission-based pay determined by the number of qualified appointments booked and deals closed from your pipeline. There is no base salary. This transparency is to ensure candidates understand the earning model upfront.

Training and Support

Comprehensive training is provided through our Rookie Academy, which includes access to call scripts and sales coaching. You will also utilize our internal CRM and quoting tools to streamline administrative tasks. Direct communication with the founding team and a live team chat for sharing wins are part of our support system.

Candidate Profile

We seek individuals who are resilient, persistent, coachable, and motivated to succeed. Prior sales experience is not required; candidates from backgrounds in trades, hospitality, retail, or manual labor are encouraged to apply. Success depends on your willingness to keep dialing and refining your approach regardless of previous rejections.

Location and Work Setup

This position is based in Waterford and Dublin, with the possibility to work remotely after the training period.
