Role Purpose

As a Room Attendant within our Housekeeping team, your function is crucial in delivering outstanding guest experiences by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms. Beyond routine cleaning tasks, you will cooperate effectively with your team and assist guests whenever needed, contributing to memorable stays and excellent hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive cleaning of all guest room areas, including linen replacement, bathroom sanitation, and surface cleaning to create a superior first impression
• Follow established protocols rigorously to uphold high cleanliness standards
• Keep housekeeping carts stocked, tidy, and well-organized to facilitate efficient service
• Handle all cleaning supplies responsibly and comply with safety procedures to preserve a safe working environment
• Protect guest privacy and security consistently to ensure their comfort and confidence
• Promptly notify maintenance staff about any repair needs to maintain an impeccable environment

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is viewed favorably
• Strong communication skills that foster a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues
• Detail-oriented, able to work productively and manage time efficiently while taking pride in task completion
• Physical stamina to maneuver between multiple rooms and utilize stairs and open pathways
