Role Overview

As a Room Attendant within the Housekeeping department, your main responsibility is to ensure guest rooms are immaculately clean and meticulously maintained. Beyond cleaning tasks, you will support your team and assist guests when required, playing a key role in creating a memorable and positive hospitality experience.

Key Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including linen changes, bathroom sanitation, and surface wiping to uphold exemplary standards.
• Adhere strictly to company procedures and quality expectations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Keep housekeeping carts well-stocked, organized, and ready for use.
• Handle cleaning agents responsibly, following health and safety guidelines.
• Respect guest privacy and security in all aspects of work.
• Promptly report any maintenance issues encountered during duties.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or as a room attendant is advantageous.
• A friendly and approachable communication style that fosters a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Strong attention to detail, efficient time management, and pride in work quality.
• Physically capable of moving between rooms, utilizing staircases and outdoor pathways as needed.
• Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
