Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas adhering to hotel standards and safety regulations.
• Use proper cleaning agents suited for designated surfaces while complying with health and safety protocols.
• Deliver warm, friendly greetings to guests and provide assistance or directions as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guests' and employees' personal information.
• Report any found valuables to lost and found with detailed information.
• Maintain positive communication with colleagues and management.
• Assist with special tasks as assigned by the Executive Housekeeping Manager or Supervisors.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants enjoy teamwork and thrive in active, busy settings with a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness and presentation of hotel areas, monitoring health and safety, and coordinating maintenance needs. Comfort with technology and strong adherence to company values are advantageous.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand, able to pass police and reference checks, and flexible to work various days including weekends.
