Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Laccha Paratha with proper technique.
• Make Egg Rolls, Chicken Rolls, Paneer Rolls, and Vegetable Rolls as per recipes.
• Prepare dough and manage portion sizes accurately.
• Clean and maintain cooking pans (tawa) and all associated kitchen equipment.
• Ensure consistent flavor and food quality in every order.
• Adhere strictly to kitchen hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
