Role Overview
We seek a strategy-driven and detail-focused Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team based in Etobicoke, Ontario. This role is pivotal in optimizing Customer Success operations to accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency through a combination of analytics, technical aptitude, and process refinement.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine customer retention, churn, and growth patterns across ARR, cohorts, segments, and lifecycle stages to identify risks and prospects, providing actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success leaders and managers to support quarterly business reviews, renewals, and account planning using data-backed insights, forecasting, and customer health evaluations.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of ARR-related reports covering renewals, upsells, downsells, churn, Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), and Net Revenue Retention (NRR), producing executive-level deliverables.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of revenue operations processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Enforce governance procedures to maintain data integrity and accuracy across organizational systems.
- Facilitate the month-end ARR closing process by verifying processing, reconciliation, and alignment of customer revenue data.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of innovative tools and technologies aligned with revenue operations goals.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving revenue growth.
- Maintain effective communication with teams in Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other areas to sustain feedback loops.
- Monitor system activities ensuring all users comply with established processes.
- Adopt a comprehensive view of processes and user interactions across systems to identify cross-functional effects and recommend improvements.
- Provide technical expertise and devise creative solutions to business challenges through thorough analysis of technical and business requirements.
- Support ad hoc analytical projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Candidate Profile and Requirements

- Proven expertise in ARR and retention analytics, understanding renewals, churn, expansions, GRR, NRR, and their revenue implications.
- Between 3 and 5 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or finance.
- Advanced proficiency with analytics and systems, including CRM and customer success platforms (such as Salesforce and ChurnZero) and data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), emphasizing data accuracy and governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with a history of effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive problem-solver who aims for ongoing process enhancement.
- Comfortable responsibly utilizing AI tools to assist in tasks like research, document drafting, or data review.
- Capability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and tools.
- Curious mindset, open to exploring innovative approaches.
- Collaborative when working with teams and technologies.
- Must have the legal right to work in Canada (role location).
Performance Expectations
- Within the first 30 days: Gain understanding of tools, products, and colleagues.
- Within 90 days: Perform meaningful tasks independently.
- Within six months: Contribute ideas, recommend improvements, and deliver measurable impact.

Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from 60000 to 80000 Canadian dollars annually, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, location, and internal fairness considerations.
