Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a vital role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring outstanding customer experiences throughout the store. Your responsibilities will include various tasks from front-of-house customer interactions to back-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in multiple store functions, from customer service areas to stock management behind the scenes.
• Deliver exemplary customer service before, during, and after sales transactions.
• Help maintain the JB Hi-Fi brand image by ensuring products are attractively merchandised on the sales floor.
• Support the smooth receipt and processing of stock according to store protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate about home entertainment, technology, music, movies, appliances, and/or gaming.
• Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic about contributing positively to the team.
• Strong customer focus and results-oriented mindset.
• Effective communicator capable of engaging with diverse groups of people.
