Job description
About the Role
We operate a retail outlet specializing in spectacles and are in search of a female sales representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging warmly with customers, managing incoming calls, and gathering customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Interact courteously and effectively with customers in the store
- Handle customer inquiries and calls professionally
- Collect and record feedback from customers to improve service and product offerings
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada languages
- Preferably female candidates residing in the nearby vicinity
Working hours
The shop operates from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and candidates should be able to work during these hours.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging between 14,000 and 19,000 INR
- Additional incentives based on total sales evaluated at the end of each month
