Dazzles Studio is seeking a highly motivated and attentive Retail Sales Associate to join its team in Hyderabad. This position involves managing daily client interactions, ensuring the smooth operation of retail outlets, and supporting both product presentation and customer care functions. The ideal candidate will bring energy, reliability, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to ascertain their event, spending preferences, and style requirements.
• Curate wardrobe selections tailored to each client’s needs.
• Organize and display merchandise, highlighting fabric details and key product benefits to customers.
• Guide clients through trials, fittings, checkout, and follow-up support.
• Manage daily in-store activities such as organizing racks, folding clothing, steaming, and checking product quality.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and effective assistance throughout the customer visit.

Additional Information

The position requires a proactive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a positive shopping environment. Prior experience in retail is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates must be available to work from the Hyderabad store location.
