Position Overview

This role involves supporting guests with merchandising needs at the Miami Heat arena. Responsibilities include restocking merchandise, handling visual displays, and performing cashier transactions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have basic education (less than high school) or equivalent minimal experience. Effective communication skills for reading, writing, and engaging with customers and coworkers are necessary. Basic math skills to handle money and measurements; plus the ability to follow instructions and solve routine problems are required. No specific certifications are needed.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to talk and listen regularly, walk for extended periods, occasionally sit or stand, and lift/move up to 10 pounds occasionally. The environment is fast-paced with potentially loud noise levels during events. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Occasional exposure to elevated heights is possible.
