Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with PUMA's brand standards within the store.
• Drive store performance to meet or exceed sales targets, profitability, and KPIs by implementing both short- and long-term planning and controlling expenses.
• Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, developing, and mentoring staff to build a high-performing team through coaching, recognition, and performance evaluations.
• Manage payroll and create service-focused schedules to maintain profitability while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Act as acting Store Manager during their absence.
• Ensure all training programs are completed and effective.
• Oversee and promote Loss Prevention education and awareness initiatives.
• Adhere to all company policies, operational standards, and accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant environment for both employees and customers.
• Attend required training sessions and meetings, which may involve travel.
• Work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, holidays, and potentially overtime.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of management experience in retail with a focus on customer service, preferably in apparel or footwear.
• Proven track record of surpassing sales goals and resolving complex issues.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, capable of addressing large groups confidently.
• Quick learner with proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail software.
• Physical capability to walk continuously, use critical senses such as speaking, hearing, vision, and lift or carry items up to 30 pounds regularly.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary ranges between $27.60 and $30.60 per hour, with additional bonus opportunities and benefits for full-time employees. Salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
