About the Role
Join Fabletics as an Assistant Store Manager at the Tulsa Premium Outlets in Jenks, OK, where you'll play a vital leadership part in shaping a standout retail environment. As a close collaborator with the Store Manager and leadership team, your mission is to drive both customer engagement and store performance. You'll help guide a cutting-edge, omnichannel shopping experience and support sales associates in their personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of company culture and values, demonstrating accountability for team members and customers.
- Assist in training associates to engage customers innovatively and meaningfully.
- Lead efforts to connect with customers through in-store events, promotions, and community involvement.
- Oversee daily store operations aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate inventory needs and staff training opportunities to Store Manager.
- Ensure visual merchandising and layout standards that enhance ease of shopping and customer value.
- Participate in providing and receiving feedback for ongoing organizational improvement.
- Meet and strive to surpass store performance metrics related to productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Serve as a resource for product knowledge within the team and for customers.
- Meet individual sales targets and uphold safety/security protocols.
- Unpack inventory boxes weighing between 10-30 lbs as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail; additional experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with active lifestyle interests like yoga, Pilates, running, cycling, or nutrition is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer, staff, and partner interactions.
- Proven ability to lead large teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take initiative proactively.
- Experience using retail inventory management and POS systems.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical requirements include frequent movement, standing for extended hours, reaching, lifting, and occasional ladder use.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
