Residential Mentor

Job Overview

We are looking for a committed Residential Mentor to provide guidance and support to students on our campus. The role involves managing student records, coordinating academic activities, and maintaining an ordered learning atmosphere. This position requires living on-site in the school's hostel.

Primary Duties

• Maintain and regularly update comprehensive student records and academic progress documentation.
• Assist students in navigating administrative and academic tasks effectively.
• Coordinate scheduling and oversee the management of classes ensuring punctuality and organization.
• Monitor and promote student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being.
• Offer mentorship and encourage a supportive and positive learning environment for students.
• Collaborate with faculty to track syllabus completion, organize schedules, and monitor student academic performance.
• Help arrange academic programs, assignments, and study plans.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Graduation degree with a focus in Science.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to efficiently manage students while fostering a disciplined yet friendly environment.
• Prior experience in student mentoring, hostel administration, or academic coordination is advantageous.
