Job Overview

Kredible Financial Services is seeking motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-centric individuals to join our Business Loan Sales team in the Delhi-NCR region. The selected candidate will handle the full customer journey related to business loans, from generating leads to ensuring loan disbursement, while collaborating closely with the Operations team to facilitate smooth processing.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct cold outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in business loan products.
• Comprehend customer financing needs and conduct preliminary eligibility assessment.
• Regularly follow up with leads until all required documentation is gathered and the loan case is submitted.
• Ensure submission of at least 2-3 high-quality loan applications daily.
• Work hand-in-hand with Operations for timely case login, addressing pending requirements, and overseeing timely loan disbursement procedures.
• Provide continuous updates to customers throughout the loan approval stages.
• Upon receiving loan sanction offers, clearly present and explain the terms, negotiate as necessary, and persuade clients to move forward with acceptance and disbursement.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and follow-ups using Google Sheets.
• Meet monthly targets for loan application sourcing and successful loan disbursements.

Eligibility

The role is open to individuals with strong communication and sales capabilities, especially those with experience in cold calling and loan-related customer interactions.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between INR 15,000 and INR 35,000.
