Job Overview

We seek a competitive Field Sales Representative responsible for formulating effective sales strategies and attracting new customers. The ideal candidate will identify and close new sales prospects to meet established targets. This role is crucial in boosting revenue by handling client negotiations, managing lead generation, qualifying prospects, and overseeing the sales of products and services.   • Maintain continuous customer engagement to service the assigned portfolio.
  • Keep persistency ratios at desired levels.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors on meeting business targets and strategies.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with supervisors when necessary.
  • Forecast sales, innovate sales tactics, and assess their effectiveness.
  • Assess customer skills and requirements to build strong, lasting relationships.
