About the Role
Supro Info Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. This role involves recruiting advisers, generating business through them, as well as leading and managing a team to achieve sales objectives. The position offers a fixed annual compensation of up to 3.5 LPA, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and manage a team of sales advisers.
- Drive business generation through the adviser network.
- Motivate and train the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to advisers.
Requirements
- Graduate in any academic discipline.
- Age between 21 and 42 years.
