Role Overview
This key position is designed to manage and grow the relationship with premier global customers, ensuring their cross-geographical and operational needs are met proactively. You will lead strategic and operational efforts across multiple regions to maximize revenue growth and service quality, driving initiatives that enhance value and reduce costs. Regular business reviews and collaborative workshops will be part of your responsibilities to align with client's supply chain priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee both strategic and tactical dimensions of the relationship with assigned accounts.
- Drive customer retention and foster business growth initiatives.
- Maintain and monitor the company's global activity with accounts, ensuring consistent delivery, KPI achievement, and reporting.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' profiles, needs, and expectations worldwide.
- Conduct business reviews and workshops to propel collaboration and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with senior executives and management to develop timely, relevant value-added logistics solutions.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent business qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience within the company or logistics industry.
- Demonstrated success in business development roles.
- Familiarity with company products, services, and operating systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong presentation, leadership, project management, and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and charisma to effectively connect with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and deliver results under pressure.
