Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Supervisor to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, charismatic, and well-networked, with the ability to influence and represent Twyford at various engagement levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for skilled, functional, and factory personnel.
- Maintain and update the Offer Approval sheet to ensure recruitment data accuracy in real time.
- Oversee onboarding processes, including coordinating with banks to set up and validate new employee accounts.
- Ensure onboarding documentation is complete and adheres to compliance standards.
- Lead salary negotiations for skilled workers.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports.
- Act as the company representative in meetings with artisan groups, communities, and stakeholders.
- Lead field recruitment initiatives targeting specific communities.
- Foster strong ties with local leaders, assemblymen, and influencers to enhance recruitment outreach.
- Administer the confirmation process for casual employees and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all new hires complete the joining checklist thoroughly.
- Mentor and support the recruitment team, implementing best practices and promoting high performance.
- Conduct training and development sessions to build team capacity and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably an internal candidate familiar with the company systems and culture, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Confident and presentable to represent Twyford professionally in formal and grassroots contexts.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and articulate.
- Proactive and results-oriented, able to complete tasks independently.
- Comfortable with public speaking and persuasive communication.
- Excellent networking skills, capable of building strong relationships internally and externally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related area; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting at factory and supervisory levels.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills for data reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiar with online recruitment platforms.
