• Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to identify suitable candidates.
• Leverage social media platforms and professional networks to attract talent.
• Recruit for BPO roles across domestic and international processes.
• Manage hiring for diverse sectors including IT, non-IT, manufacturing, and healthcare domains.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate job offers and compensation terms with prospective employees.
• Keep abreast of recruitment trends and industry best practices.

Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in BPO and IT recruitment is mandatory.
