Key Responsibilities

- Collaborating closely with experienced consultants in sales and advisory roles.
- Gradually assuming responsibility in client management and recruitment activities.
- Developing expertise through market, industry, and competitor analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Completed university degree or comparable commercial education.
- Strong enthusiasm for recruiting and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and eagerness to learn.
- Goal-oriented, methodical working style with a drive to achieve success.
- Proficient in German language.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
