Role Overview
If you aim to actively shape recruiting rather than simply manage it, this role is designed for you. As a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for our leadership team regarding recruitment matters. You will oversee the entire hiring process, identify suitable candidates via multiple channels, and ensure that applicants experience Freiberger as a professional and appreciative employer from the outset.
You will recruit specialists, management personnel, and industrial workers while contributing ideas to continuously improve our recruitment procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including requirement analysis, candidate sourcing, pre-selection, interview support, and contract negotiations.
- Analyze, optimize, and standardize recruitment workflows and best practices.
- Develop and pilot new sourcing channels while actively managing budget and channel efficiency.
- Advise managers as a trusted point of contact on all recruitment-related issues.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive experience for candidates.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system d.vinci and recruitment metrics to continuously refine processes.
Candidate Profile
- You hold a degree focused on human resources, business, psychology, or a commercial qualification with relevant recruiting experience.
- You have several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- You are skilled in active sourcing and social recruiting, proficient in locating passive candidates.
- You communicate confidently and professionally with candidates and leadership at all organizational levels.
- You work independently and in a structured manner, maintaining oversight of multiple concurrent recruiting processes.
- You possess strong interpersonal intuition to identify potential in candidates.
- You have excellent German language skills and good English proficiency both spoken and written.
- You are willing to travel to various German sites as needed to support local leaders with recruitment.
